1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ledgeo and its related services. By creating an account or using Ledgeo, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law.

2. Accounts and responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information, keep account information current, safeguard the details used to sign in, and take responsibility for activity performed through your account. Tell the appropriate Ledgeo contact promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Ledgeo, interfere with its operation, attempt access without permission, introduce harmful material, use the service to violate law or another person’s rights, or help anyone else do so.

4. Your records

You retain ownership of information and records you submit to Ledgeo. You grant Ledgeo the limited rights needed to host, process, copy, transmit, and display those records so the service can operate, remain secure, and follow your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to enter information about customers, team members, and others.

5. Service availability and changes

Ledgeo aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, added, limited, or removed as the product develops. Important changes should be communicated where reasonably practical.

6. Fees and billing

If a paid offering applies to your use, the price, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options should be presented before you agree to pay. The final terms should reflect the commercial model actually offered.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited, suspended, or ended if these terms are materially violated, if the service is used in a harmful or unlawful way, or when reasonably necessary to protect Ledgeo or others. You may stop using Ledgeo at any time. The final terms should explain account closure and access to retained records.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ledgeo is provided without warranties that cannot reasonably be made for an evolving service. Any exclusions and limits on liability must be reviewed for the jurisdiction and commercial model before these terms are finalized.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Ledgeo changes or legal requirements develop. A revised version should state when it takes effect and, where appropriate, provide notice before material changes apply.

10. Governing law and disputes

The governing law, courts, and any required dispute process have not yet been specified in this draft. They must be confirmed through legal review before the terms are finalized.

11. Questions

Visit Help and support for the routes currently available. A dedicated legal contact should be added before these terms are finalized.
