Official Ledgeo demo

Start with a business already in motion.

New workspaces begin empty. The public demo gives you years of connected sales, stock, payments, returns, production, storefront, team, and personal-finance records so you can see what Ledgeo becomes in daily use.

This guide is hosted on ledgeo.app. The official public demo opens on ledgeo.fyi; check both domains before entering any credentials.

What to try

Follow a record from beginning to end.

The useful part of the demo is not just its volume. Related records are connected, so you can move from an overview into the details that explain it.

01

Sell, collect, return

Use Meghna to filter old and recent invoices, open a partial collection, trace its customer balance, inspect delivery, then follow a return through credit, refund, and stock restoration.

02

Count and move stock

Compare products across outlets, open exact variant and package balances, and trace adjustments, transfers, packing, unpacking, delivery consumption, and reversals.

03

Make a product

Use Shitalakkhya or Bengal Brew to inspect recipes, old and current versions, raw-material consumption, finished output, rejected runs, reversals, and missing-recipe states.

04

Run a storefront

Open the Meghna, Moontech, Balcony Bazar, or Northstar merchant tools, preview bilingual content, browse a public catalogue, inspect product imagery and stock, then compare shopper carts, orders, acceptance invoices, dispatch, delivery, and reviews.

05

Compare team access

Sign in as an owner, manager, scoped operator, viewer, or direct-permission member. The same workspace reveals only the outlets and actions assigned to that person.

06

Read five years of reports

Change date ranges and compare revenue, collections, product sales, customers, inventory value, pending fulfillment, delivery, returns, expenses, and personal timelines.

07

Manage personal money

Use Nusrat's wallets, budgets, transfers, fees, recurring items, archived configuration, tags, and day, week, month, or year views.

08

See both sides of a peer ledger

Open the same relationship as each participant to compare private aliases, opposite balance directions, approval rules, pending decisions, rejected entries, and append-only reversals.

Demo boundaries

Treat it as a showroom, not your workspace.

The demo is intentionally open enough for many people to explore. That also means it cannot provide privacy or durability.

Do not enter real information

Do not add real names, phone numbers, customer records, financial information, passwords, documents, or private images. Other visitors may see what you enter.

Expect changes to disappear

The demo database is reset periodically and returns to the same sample dataset each time. Exploratory changes can disappear without notice.

Accounts are shared

Another visitor may edit the same record or change a shared account while you are using it. If a walkthrough looks different, wait for the next reset or choose another account.

Some integrations are unavailable

The demo is designed around the seeded sign-ins. External SMS delivery and merchant custom-domain setup are not configured in the public demo environment.

Explore the full workspace, then make it yours.

Use the shared demo to understand the workflows. When you are ready for private, durable records, create your own workspace on Ledgeo.
