What you need to know before you begin.

A straightforward guide to where Ledgeo works, what it keeps organized, and how it fits into everyday business.

About Ledgeo

Start with the basics.

Ledgeo is one place for the records behind everyday work: counter sales, your own online store, purchase links you can share, orders and delivery, invoices, customer balances, payments, products, stock, production, outlets, team access, and reports. It also includes a separate area for personal expenses and amounts shared between people.

It is a practical fit for shops, retailers, online and social sellers, wholesalers, distributors, makers and small manufacturers, service businesses, and growing teams that want a clearer alternative to scattered notebooks, messages, and spreadsheets.

No. Ledgeo uses everyday business language and is designed around familiar actions such as selling, invoicing, receiving a payment, checking stock, and reviewing a customer balance.

Devices and access

Use the screen that suits the moment.

You can open Ledgeo on a phone, tablet, iPad, laptop, or desktop. The layout adjusts to the screen, while your account and records stay the same.

No. Open Ledgeo directly from your device and sign in. On a phone or tablet, you can also add it to your home screen for quicker access.

Yes. Ledgeo supports both English and বাংলা so you can choose the language that feels more comfortable for daily work. Your online store speaks both languages too, and shoppers pick the one they read best. A dark look is available for evening use.

Business records

Keep the details connected.

Yes. Record the amount received and Ledgeo keeps the remaining customer balance clear. You can review the payment alongside the related invoice and account history.

Yes. When a customer signs in to Ledgeo with the phone number on their account, their personal area shows every business they deal with, the balance they owe, each invoice, and a statement they can download. Both sides look at the same figure, so there is less to argue about.

Yes. You can organize products, sizes and colours, prices, and pack sizes; review quantities and movements; see low-stock items; open cartons into pieces; and record stock transfers between outlets.

Yes. A business can add team members and use roles to control which areas and actions are available to each person.

Yes. Ledgeo can keep outlets organized, show stock by location, and record transfers as products move between them.

Yes. Record a return, replacement, credit, or refund against the original invoice. The customer balance and your stock update together, and the invoice keeps the full story.

Yes. If you make what you sell, write down what goes into each product once. When you record a production run, the materials leave stock and the finished goods arrive, with a history of every batch.

Business reports cover revenue, cash collected, top customers, sales by product, stock value, pending deliveries, delivery activity, and returns, filtered by period and outlet. The exact view depends on the records and access available in your business.

Selling online

Your store, your links, your orders.

Yes. Choose which products to publish and Ledgeo gives you an online store at your own address, such as yourshop.ledgeo.app. Shoppers browse in English or Bengali, add to a cart, and order with cash on delivery. Every order arrives in your Orders queue and uses the same stock and customer records as your counter sales.

Yes. Once your store is live you can connect a website name you own, and Ledgeo guides you through the steps. Your store keeps working at its Ledgeo address in the meantime.

A purchase link opens one product with its price, a quantity, and a delivery form, so a customer can order in one step without creating an account. It is made for sharing on Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram. You can stop a link at any time and see which orders came from it.

Orders are placed for cash on delivery. You record the cash collected when the order is delivered, and the customer balance updates. Customers who sign in to Ledgeo can see their orders and invoices from your store in their own account.

Yes. Create percentage or fixed-amount coupons with limits, dates, and minimum order values, and see how much each one has been used. Customers who bought a product can review it; you approve what goes public and can reply as the store.

Getting started

Your first steps.

Yes. Your personal area can keep expenses, wallets, budgets, recurring bills, and amounts between people, and it shows what you owe each business that uses Ledgeo, with your invoices, orders, and reviews, all separate from business operations.

Create an account, choose the area you want to use, and start with the records that matter most. If you already have an account, simply sign in from any supported device.

Yes. The official public demo is a shared, populated workspace with years of sample sales, stock, customer, team, and personal-finance records. Read the demo guide for the sample accounts and walkthroughs, and use only sample information there, because the demo is public and its data is reset periodically.
